Our Mission
SATA, a USTA Community Tennis Association and division of USTA South Carolina, is organized for the charitable, educational, and recreational purposes of promoting and coordinating the growth and accessibility of tennis activities in the greater Spartanburg, SC area.
What is a CTA?
A USTA Community Tennis Association (CTA) is “any incorporated, geographically defined, not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization that supports or provides programs which promote and develop the growth of tennis.”

The Spartanburg Area Tennis Association acknowledges that diversity is essential to achieving the goals of our tennis association.
